🥣 Pumpkin overnight oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup steel-cut oats
- 2/3 cup plant-based milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp powdered ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions
- In a jar or container, combine the all ingredients
- Mix well
- Place in fridge overnight
