Description

This recipe is taken from this recipe by James Chip. The only difference is I converted the measurements and added a cook time.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup pudding rice
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 3 cups oat milk
• Nutmeg

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 300°F
2. Mix the rice, sugar, and milk in an oven safe dish.
3. Sprinkle nutmeg over the top
4. Bake in oven until the liquid is absorbed, about 1 hr 40 min.
