Proof read the front page of the protocol spec and shuffled things around a bit. Technically this isn't done.

- Finish writing the developer docs that specify message / bundle formats.
HELP WANTED
- Proofreaders are always welcome. I will reply to all comments.
- If anyone is good at writing BNF grammars, I could use some help with creating a formal grammar for this thing.
