A short but nice platformer I found while rummaging through vector.co.jp.
The whole goal of the game is to get through the entire game as fast as possible,
and the levels are quite tricky at first.

variety of different ball materials (which each have different abilities) to stop an evil scientist from devastating the world.

A bullet-hell shmup created by the same circle behind the PC-98 Touhou games. Its requirements are very low; in fact, it'll run on a Pentium II
computer with Windows 95. Definitely worth a shot if you like Touhou.
