Here's some links to online, gratis science fiction & fantasy magazines. In … no particular order.
- Tor.com (list of RSS feeds)
- Somewhat related to Tor Books. Publishes stories irregularly, something like every week or two.
- Abyss & Apex (RSS feed)
- Publishes issues (containing several stories, editorials, etc., you know, like a magazine) four times a year.
- Clarkesworld (RSS feed)
- They have a podcast that's their stories in audiobook format. Issues (again, magazine) published monthly.
- Flash Fiction Online (RSS feed)
- Good if you're in the mood for a short short story—500–1000 words each. Issues published monthly.
- Translunar Travelers Lounge (RSS feed)
- Two issues a year. Refreshing submission guidelines.
- Terraform (RSS feed)
- Vice's SF magazine. Irregular publishing schedule, something like Tor.com's.
- Diabolical Plots (RSS feed)
- Despite its personal-blog appearance, it is apparently "a SFWA-qualifying market". Stories published something like every week or two.
- Strange Horizons (list of RSS feeds)
- Issues published approximately weekly. (They're shorter than what you would normally think of a "magazine issue", though.) Comprehensive content warnings.
- Daily Science Fiction (no RSS feed, but there is email subscription)
- Stories are quite short, 100–1500 words. One story every weekday (Monday through Friday).
- Lightspeed (RSS feed)
- Issues published monthly.
- Arsenika (RSS feed)
- Flash fiction, issues published quarterly.
- Uncanny (RSS feed)
- Issues every two months
- Antipodean SF (RSS feed)
- Australian flash fiction, issues published monthly
- Futures (RSS feed)
- Nature's weekly flash fiction column. The RSS feed linked is the "everything" feed; I've not found a way to filter it to just Futures.
- Escape Pod (RSS feed)
- Not a text magazine, but a podcast.
