Help! I'm stuck in an panoptic miserable world of being a "secret identity" because in real life I'm too poor to escape a bad situation where revealing too much will only serve to get me more stuck.
What are you supposed to do if you can't get a regular job because of healh problems, can't get disability because "eczema all over your body that makes sleep and focus impossible" isn't on the government's rubric of people who we pretend to care about, and making money on the internet isn't enough? All that plus your long-dormant stalker now has a badge and gun thanks to fascism becoming ascendant allowing every horrible person to get power. Is a person in that situation supposed to just quietly die? Is that REALLY what American society has to offer? Asking for a friend because speaking directly may as well be illegal already.
