how to modify your feels theme

feels works by converting a template into html (which is the output you see when you go to your feels blog)

there are two template file that make the html up:

1. header.txt (for everything before the posts)
2. footer.txt (for everything after the posts)

these are located in the config directory: ~/.ttbp/config/.
