Online tool
An online tool for playing without a deck of cards. This was inspired by the official online tool, but with some new features.

Features:
- Draw cards from each pile using the default card list
- Uses local storage to store deck state so you can return to your active game
- Allows you to return a card back to the pile it came from
- Allows you to provide your own card list
