edibles i tried

doubanjiang

we tried doubanjiang (brand: chuan lao hui). we used it to make tofu with fried mushrooms and garlic; we also used sichuan pepper which we had bought last year i think.

it is very salty and tasty. it does not have an angry grandma on it, but a cute friendly grandson. i wonder who that is.

mariekiks

we bought mariekiks at REMA 1000 (REMA 1000 store brand). i picked the classic (non-wholegrain) variant. they were super cheap, 4.32 danish crowns. i really liked them. i think i like them more than dige-stive biscuits right now (which cost like 7 DKK, those are a bit cheaper per kg).
