I'm coming back to tilde.town. My site got lost (purged) for some reason. It
has my (toughest) memories over the past few years, so I don't want to lose
it. This time, hope I'll be better at making some backup.

Today finally got time to take E to watch the Project Hail Mary movie. We
completed the audio book together while driving over quite a long period of
time. So this book always felt special for us. Having read the book, to me the
movie felt more like sneak peaks of the scenes from the book, as I can
understand it's hard to put most parts into <3hours. But they focused on the
friendship part and I think that's fine. Overall we had a great time.

Work-wise I'm experiencing another stressful period. 2026 had been tough so
far. The re-orgs, and AI shockwaves, and the lay-offs. I don't know what the
future may look like. I can only try to focus on present.
