Recently I got a surprise recognition at work. My past half a year has been
hard and stressful, diving into the LLM field. I think it's something worth
writing.

More importantly, I started to think (and realize), what I can and should do
next. I need to get more technical into the deeper understanding of the field.
low level LLM inference, training and RL. I need to work more in the
application field, rather than infra.
