Career-wise, I think I'm in another crossroad for a change..

a wave of folks are leaving. i don't feel i'm doing meaningful contribution to the projects, and i don't feel i'm learning either.

unlike previous times, this time, i do have a clearer vision of the directions. but i need to realize that -

    I CAN'T HURRY THE LEARNING, IT'S GOING TO TAKE TIME

or else (like the mood i have been in this year) i always in a hurry to absorb things, and i will burn out eventually.
