it gets easier when you remove the "what if"s, and learn to sit with the uncertainty, and learn what causes the fear, that broke you in the first place. tell yourself out loud, even if you don't know how you feel. tell yourself that you're getting through it, even if you don't believe yourself. time defeats all, including your fears. you just gotta learn to hold time's hand, and take seat with it, on that park bench, because it's got a plan for you.
