filipino tomato salad (ensaladang kamatis)

stuff yll need

  • solids
    • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
    • ½ a smallish onions, minced
    • 1 pint cherry tomatoes or two small tomatoes, diced
  • liquids
    • 1 tbs kalamansi juice
    • 2 tbs soy sauce
    • 2 tbs spiced sukang maasim
  • spices yo
    • salt
    • black pepper

stuff yll do

  1. combine ingredients in bowl
  2. spice to taste
  3. chill for 10-15 minutes before serving

notes

Mainly, we use this as a side for vegan chicken adobo. You can eat it with other stuff, though. If you happen to have a nice one, you can sub the soy sauce for vegan fish sauce.
