The famous GPG roulette

First of all, you must be wondering what this is. It's pretty simple :

• The GPG roulette picks a random user from keybase.io and encrypts a certain message to them, using their public key.


• Only the randomly-selected user can decrypt the message.


• Your task is to be lucky enough to be randomly selected - if your public key is chosen, you will be able to decrypt the message.


• To give everyone a fair chance, the random user changes every 30 minutes. (last generation : )
