Chicken is by far the hardest meat to grill. Compare it to steak:
- Undercooked Steak: Flavorful and delicious
Undercooked Chicked: Slimy E. coli
Medium Steak: Melts in your mouth
Medium Chicken: Tastes like chicken
Overcooked Steak: Smother it is steak sauce, still great
- Overcooked Chicken: Like eating a mouthful of sand
The only redeeming quality of chicken is that it's damn good in the fryer.
