Muggy, overcast day. Accidentally stumbled headfirst into a convention being held on the ground floor of the grad space- trundling about with my ridiculous bright red cotton beanie (the gnome hat) and cotton candy coloured scarf, huddling towards the elevators while trying not to flatten any of the delicate tables or maitre dees.
I actually slept the full amount in until my alarm, which was shocking. It actually hasn't happened up until this point in the semester, as far as I can remember.
Snapped some good pictures of my favourite pigeon, Chocolate Milk. Missed the first bus, but another came zippily after, and I'm more or less settled into an office space at about the time I had thought I would be. I'm getting better at estimating the time of my usual routine, haha... Too bad it'll be thrown into chaos with the winter semester.
Annoyingly, the insurance blackout still applies to me- but I'll just save the reciept and submit after the period ends, because my glasses frame are ON SALE and I have a family and friends coupon, yippee. My first pair of prescription sunglasses ever.
