It feels like the lesson the internet from 2010 to 2025 tried to teach me is that everything I say can and will be used against me.
Good things have come from it too, which ironicly I don't feel safe discussing in detail for fear of ruining/losing those good things. I miss the optimisim that this would be a tool for sharing and growth rather than a way to internalize a new policeman.
