I guess we’re grownups now. With the release of Apple’s Shortcuts app, x-callback-url is now a supported standard documented on Apple’s site!

Workflow is a very cool new app that pushes the boundaries of automation on iOS. And, of course, has x-callback-url support!

Phillip Gruneich had a few good finds. Looks like Hog Bay’s excellent PlainText has added x-callback-url support.

Also, though undocumented by Google, it has apparently made it’s way into the Google Maps app.

Editorial is a very cool new iPad text editor with incredible automation features. As with any good automation app on iOS, it has extensive x-callback-url support, check out all the features.

The new update to TextExpander Touch (v2.0 – shipping soon), has extended their SDK to support “Fill-in” snippets. To implement this feature, Smile Software used x-callback-url under the hood. Very cool and creative use! Details in the TextExpander Touch SDK documentation.
