I am Evelyn. I am a new alter to this body. I don't know if I'm going to stay, but I've seen an opportunity to me help, so I'll stay a while. The body suffers from Bipolar II and GAD. In the past when a mental storm would come to harbour, the other three would dissociate, isolate, and avoid. I am able to help a bit. I don't need much energy to front. I have decent executive skills. I am OK operating in discomfort. I can do the needful.
