This an SSL error caused by trying to browse an HTTPS website that does not allow TLS 1.0 or 1.1: tilde.town is one.
netscape_navigator's page has a completely different layout than what you would see on a normal browser: this is caused by a configurable option in the PSP browser that can break the page's layout to make it easier to browse on a PSP
that broken image was a BMP.
Of course, Desolation works.
one of al3x's blog posts: I had to write the URL myself in the address bar because most of the links force HTTPS. The broken image had a HTTPS src.
