the past few days have been fun, but i still haven't gotten back into the swing of things at work, and have barely made any real progress apart from merging one PR. i have a vague urge to work on a sunday, but i will suppress it, because it is a bad one.
i did get the chance to do a lot of writing over the past few days. earlier i authored an open letter that seems to have gotten some traction, though less than i had hoped; at least i didn't get any hatemail from it.
yesterday i was floating some ideas in the irc and a couple folks told me to write about it, so i did! i made it just in time for the deadline for zine 8, or rather, dozens' extended deadline especially for me for zine 8. i also hung out with dozens on his twitch stream and chatted a bit! was very fun.
even though i've spent, wow, not even a week on town, i've already made a lot of fun memories here, and what i'd like to consider friends, or at least friendly folks whom i communicate with often. so far i have enjoyed every moment here. i'm glad i joined.
