I stopped taking bloodpressure medicine and now I've started baking again. These things are properly unrelated. But I am feeling better than I have in months. So maybe it was the meds, or maybe it's summer, or an exciting school project.
I've been baking cakes, and cookies, and breads, for my study-group. Ever since I got diagnosed with celiac, I've been afraid of baking gluten-free bread. And it has taken me until now to learn that it's not that scary at all. It's mostly just a lot of fun. Yesterday I made 40 flat-breadss and a loaf of rybread.
