Today was fantastic! I realized the power of having a good meal in the morning, and the power of not keeping tabs on those who would not do the same for me. I did several acts of kindness with no expectation of anything in return, and had the same done for me. A lady wanted to sell me two bananas for two quarters so she could use the vending machine and get some soda; I just offered to get her the soda entirely on me. A man warned me not to use the coffee machine since it poured water for him, right as I was about to throw $2 down the drain too, so I bought him some root beer from the other vending machine.
The only thing that would make today better would be some physical affection. However, I am quite content as-is, even without it.
